The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Must have excellent communication, customer service & relationships building skills.
Team working skills and attentive to details.
The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it
The ability to use standard software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office).
Key Responsibilities:
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
Typing, preparing and collating reports.
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
